We enjoyed our stay; the park was clean, staff were courteous, sites were wide, and the pull-throughs sites were long. Sites are well maintained, level, and most had picnic tables. Interior roads and sites are gravel. Cell reception was good. There are warnings about snakes, but this is west Texas and a friendly reminder is welcome as there is nothing an owner can do about them (we saw none while here). The park is near a major highway and train tracks, but we found the noise not to be a problem. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
We've stayed here before several times. Originally there was a real breakfast served inside very delicious and unusual for an rv park. The pool is a nice bonus and laundry is on the honor system so you won't need coins just integrity. Glad this place is still open.
This is a small oasis in the middle of nowhere. We stayed here two nights. One on the way out west and another on the way back home. The people on site are super nice, the pull through sites are long enough to accommodate most any RV. Would recommend Ole Town Cotton Gin RV Park to anyone passing through. We will definitely stop back in on our next trip though. Kept seeing a road runner. Never did see Wiley Coyote.
This was the new owners second day operating the park. They were extremely friendly. The park is very clean and sites are spacious. There is an old cotton mill museum to. Visit, although we were on a schedule and didn't get o visit it. The park is near the highway so easy access. Would most definitely stay there again.
Stopped for the night at thia quaint little RV park. It's clean and weel maintained with level sites with easy access in and out for big rigs. People are extremely helpful and friendly. Fefinitely will stay here again
