Do not recommend. The guest room did not have a working air conditioner. Internet was down at hotel for the stay as well. We kept our door open to the hallway for as long as we could then we opened the windows. It was over 100F and got down to 80F at night.
A little better breakfast start with gravy, biscuits, sausage, eggs, bagels, . Orange and apple juice. I like the interior access rooms also. Quieter than the outside door motels.
Update: The hotel manager called and apologized for the unfortunate situation. He refunded 50% of the room rate. This is a good attempt to correct situation. Thank you Best Western.

Given the limited lodging options in Quanah, this worked out very well for visiting copper breaks state park. Property appears to be well taken care of and had nice employees. Room was clean and comfortable for the most part. King suite was spacious. Water pressure in the shower was decent but not great.
The hotel construction is so cheap I heard every step taken in the room above. Only consider staying here if you are on the top floor.
